Terms of Use

Last updated August 17, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Opus Design Group LLC (“we”, “us”, or “Opus Design Group”) for your use of the SpoolPilot app and website (together, “SpoolPilot”). By downloading, installing, or using SpoolPilot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use SpoolPilot.

What SpoolPilot is

SpoolPilot is a tool that helps sellers understand the profit on their own orders. When you connect a sales channel that you own — such as your Etsy shop — SpoolPilot reads your own sales and the fees that channel charged, subtracts the costs you enter, and shows your net profit. Your shop data stays on your device; see our Privacy Policy for details, which is incorporated into these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SpoolPilot for your own business. You agree not to misuse SpoolPilot, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in violation of any law or of the terms of any sales channel you connect (including Etsy’s terms and policies).

Etsy

The term “Etsy” is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.

DISCLAIMER: THIS APPLICATION IS SOLELY PROVIDED BY OPUS DESIGN GROUP LLC (THE “APPLICATION DEVELOPER”). YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ETSY, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT THE APPLICATION DEVELOPER, DO NOT PROVIDE THE APPLICATION SERVICE, AND MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE APPLICATION OR DATA ACCESSED THROUGH IT.

Your data and your numbers

You are responsible for the accuracy of the costs and other information you enter. SpoolPilot’s figures are estimates and reporting tools to help you run your business — they are not tax, accounting, or legal advice, and you should confirm anything important against your own records and a qualified professional. How your data is stored and handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

SpoolPilot offers a free tier and an optional paid subscription (SpoolPilot Pro). Paid subscriptions are billed through the app store or platform on which you subscribe, under that platform’s terms, and renew until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your app store or platform account settings.

Disclaimer of warranties

SpoolPilot is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that SpoolPilot will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data read from a connected sales channel will be complete or accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Opus Design Group LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of SpoolPilot.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app. Continuing to use SpoolPilot after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
